Aidan
Aidan is a short, man in his 30s with dark hair and a thin face who works at the main air filtration plant in the Hub. He is a rebel spy for Roscoe.
Amia
Amia is one of Roscoe’s rebels from Rock Bottom. She is in her early 20s and fit like a PCF officer. She has warm skin and short, dark hair that frames her thin face with straight bangs cut just above her narrow eyes.
Andru
Andru is a man in his early 30s, living in the underground world pre-Indra. He has a wild beard and led the expedition to dig up to the surface. Just as he breaks through to the surface of the outside world, he is killed by his twin brother, Atros, leaving behind his wife, son and daughter.
Armand (aka Armand Cosmo)
Armand was Lex and Livia's father, and Delphia's cohabitant. In Rebels: City of Indra, he is seen only in Archive memories and in his portrait at the High Council Building. He was handsome, with warm brown eyes that were clear and bright. He had thick, unruly dark hair. He was a famous geneticist, creator of the EX2 pill and considered an Indrithian of Importance. Livia has no memory of him.
Atros
Atros is a man in his early 30s, living in the underground world pre-Indra. He stood by as his twin brother Andru led the expedition to dig up to the surface. Just as Andru breaks through to the surface of the outside world, Atros killed him. Atros went on to found Indra and create the Independent High Council.
Becka
Becka is one of Roscoe’s rebels from Rock Bottom. She is in her early 20s, with a slim face. She is the rebels’ transporter pilot.
Berk
Berk is a tunnel runner from Rock Bottom who is at the Last Outpost. He is in his early 20s, rough but good-looking, with a full beard. His tunnel running partner is his girlfriend, Martine.
Bettina
Bettina is one of the girls in Livia’s Socialization Club.
Cadet Caesar
Cadet Caesar is a cadet at the Academy, from the lower levels.
Cadet Forza
Cadet Forza is a cadet at the Academy. His older brother was killed with 121 others in a transport tube to the Hub in the largest rebel attack in Indra's history.
Cassina
Cassina is a cadet at the Academy with Lex and Kane. She is from the Islands and is Lex’s nemesis. Cassina has an angular face, a pointed chin and cold blue eyes. Her white blond hair is cut short.
Chae
Chae is one of Roscoe’s rebels from Rock Bottom that help Lex, Livia and Kane escape from the High Council Building. He is an unshaven and disheveled man in his early 20s.
Chief Benton
Chief Benton is a rebel from Rock Bottom in charge of the small crew at the Last Outpost. He is a tall, broad man in his 40s.
Claudia Quintias
Claudia Quintias is one of the girls in Livia’s Socialization Club. She is part of Mica’s clique.
Corah
Corah is an Outlander from the Hub. She is a small woman in her 40s and has long, straight black hair. Corah is Vippy’s mother.
Cybele Manius
Cybele Manius is one of the girls in Livia’s Socialization Club. Cybele does not do well at Socialization Club. She is Livia’s partner in Pleasant Interaction, as both are outcasts though she still looks down on Livia as improper and an orphan.
Dalton
Dalton is an Outlander and one of Travis’s men stationed near the reservoir. He is a rough-looking man in his 20s, with a scruffy beard.
Daphne
Daphne is one of the girls in Livia’s Socialization Club.
Deacon
Deacon is one of the rebels guarding Ass End, the rebels’ weapons station. He is a giant man, heavily armed with multiple blasters strapped all over his body, and wears mismatched pieces of silitex armor.
Delphia (aka Delphia Cosmo)
Delphia was Lex and Livia’s mother and Armand’s cohabitant. In Rebels: City of Indra, she is seen only in Archive memories. She was beautiful, with high cheekbones and dark brown eyes. She had naturally rosy lips and wore one long braid down her back. According to Governess, she was a charming conversationalist and graceful dancer. She was very skilled on the air harp and was trained in swordsmanship using a zinger. This is the same zinger that Livia later finds and uses in her own training. Armand gifted Delphia the horse Veda, which she loved. Rebels: City of Indra SPOILER! Though Livia believed Delphia was dead, it is revealed that she is alive and living in the Outlands.
